1. Refund Eligibility
TalkStock (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") is committed to providing you with a satisfying experience. If you are not satisfied with a subscription plan you have purchased, you may request a refund subject to the following conditions:
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of the date of payment.
- Refund eligibility requires that you have not extensively used premium features. Extensive use is defined as, but not limited to: more than 50 cumulative AI queries, more than 10 cumulative data exports, or similar levels of usage.
- The free plan does not involve any charges and is therefore not subject to this refund policy.
The Platform reserves the right to review refund eligibility based on actual usage records.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line including "Refund Request".
- Please include the following information in your email:
- Your account email address
- Payment order number
- Reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve our service)
- We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed and returned to your original payment account within 7 to 14 business days.
3. Refund Method
Refunds are processed as follows:
- The refund amount will be returned via your original payment method.
- The refund amount will be the full original payment amount, with no additional fees deducted.
- Refunds are issued in the original payment currency (USD). The Platform is not responsible for any discrepancies in the received amount due to exchange rate fluctuations.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider's processing procedures.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund. Please evaluate carefully before purchasing:
- More than 7 days have elapsed since the date of payment.
- You have extensively used premium features (e.g., more than 50 cumulative AI queries, more than 10 cumulative data exports, etc.).
- Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service.
- Subscriptions purchased using promotional codes or discount offers are non-refundable, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

5. Plan Downgrade and Cancellation
The following terms apply to subscription cancellation and downgrade:
- After cancellation, you may continue to use premium features until the end of the current billing period.
- Following the expiration date, a 3-day grace period is provided during which you may reinstate your previous subscription plan.
- Once the grace period has ended, your account will be automatically downgraded to the free plan, and premium features will no longer be accessible.
- No prorated refunds are provided for the remaining duration of a paid billing period. We recommend cancelling before the end of the current period to avoid automatic renewal charges.
6. Price Changes
The Platform reserves the right to adjust subscription prices. The following terms apply:
- Price adjustments will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or platform announcement.
- Adjusted prices will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- If you do not agree with the new subscription price, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. Cancellation will not affect your access until the end of the current billing period.
- Continued use of the Service without cancelling before the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
